Shopify On-Site Messaging App

Pair with the Credova Financial Payments App

To get the full impact of the Credova On-Site Messaging App, you'll want to have also installed the Credova Financial Payments App. After first installing the payments app, continue with the rest of the instructions for the installation of messaging.

Install the App

  1. Go to the Credova On-Site Messaging app in the Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/credova-on-site-messaging

  2. Click the Install button to add it to your Shopify store.

  3. If you're not already logged in to your store, you'll need to login.

  4. After you've logged into your store (or if you were already logged in), you'll need to click another install button on the dialog showing app permissions.

Giving your permission for Credova to view order data completes the integration to enable payments made in your store via Credova to show the products ordered in contracts and the Credova apps.

Customize the theme to show messaging

Add the As Low As block

  1. After installation, you'll see the app homepage. It has a link to the editor for the installed theme in Shopify Admin Dashboard. Click that. shopify app install
  2. Under Template in the menu for the product template, drag the Credova As Low As block showing under Apps in the Product information section.

Enable the app embed

  1. On the leftmost graphical menu, choose the "App Embeds" option (looks like 3 boxes and a "plus" (+) sign). Shopify Messaging App Embed
  2. Click the slider control to turn on the "Credova As Low As" app embed.
  3. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the editor.

You have now successfully edited your theme to include Credova on-site messaging.

View the messaging on your store.

  1. Exit the theme customizer by clicking the "Exit" link at the top left of the page.
  2. Open your store by clicking the "View Online Store" concentric circles graphic (that might be intended to resemble an eye) that shows when you hover over the "Online Store" in the Admin Dashboard.
  3. Choose a product in your store and observe the Credova messaging.
